CNA National has paid out over six million claims. This milestone comes in rapid succession of our record sales month in May, as well as winning first place in the service-contract-provider category in the 2019 Dealers’ Choice Awards for the 14th time. This achievement demonstrates our dedication to our customers and commitment to providing a consistently high level of service. In fact, we pay out more than 80 percent of the claims we process. Our robust team of claims adjusters boasts a combined total of more than 1,800 years of automotive industry experience, with over 40 ASE-certified staff members including 16 ASE master technicians. They process nearly 37,000 claims per month and handle approximately 3,000 phone calls daily. Since the company’s founding in 1982, we have always strived not to be the biggest, but the best, and our record has shown it.
