Interactive Online F&I Training Helps Dealerships Adapt to Current Conditions

Scottsdale, Ariz. September 10, 2020—In order to help dealerships maintain critical F&I income during these atypical times, CNA National is offering live, online training in coordination with Reahard & Associates.

“F&Innovations” consists of six classes that focus on presenting F&I products effectively, even in a socially distanced environment. These newly developed sessions address everything from “Selling Through the Mask” to “Adapting to Online Customers” and more. 

Giving Consumers A Second Chance to Retain Vehicle Service Contract Coverage

Scottsdale, Ariz. May 6, 2020— Recognizing the concerns that many people have during these uncertain times, CNA National is offering a special opportunity for consumers to buy another vehicle service contract (VSC) after their original one expires.

Vehicle owners with a CNA National VSC that expires from March 1, 2020, through May 31, 2020, now have an additional 90 days to purchase new coverage after their original contract end date.
