What is the 1-Year Exterior Protection preload?
The 1-Year Exterior Protection preload is an applied protection product that provides the application of Cilajet Aviation Grade sealant to the vehicle before it is listed for sale (pre-loaded). This delivers an immediate benefit to the customer at the time of sale and also presents a seamless opportunity to extend the coverage beyond 1-year, and upgrade to the existing 5- year interior / 10-year exterior protection product.
Can all applied products be preloaded?
Yes, all applied products can be preloaded. The treatment must be applied prior to listing the product on the window sticker and the contract and all associated fees must be remitted to CNA National at time of vehicle sale, even if the customer chooses not to purchase the product.
How do I order products?
Once your dealer is signed up for Cilajet products, our Sales Support team will help facilitate ordering all chemicals and point of sale items.
What kind of training is available for these products?
CNA National will help facilitate onsite trainings for all applied products. We can also provide virtual materials to supplement the onsite trainings.
