CNA National Wins a Gold American Business Award
Scottsdale, Ariz. — CNA National’s claims submission portal has earned a Gold Award in the Customer Service Solution category of the 2026 American Business Awards® (ABAs). This marks the company’s second win for its claims portal. CNA also won a 2025 MOTOR Top 20 Award from MOTOR Information Systems.
Designed to simplify and accelerate the claims process, the proprietary, online, self‑service portal allows dealers to submit and track claims efficiently, helping service teams save time and keep operations running smoothly.
