Introduction. This e-Consent – Terms and Conditions (“e-Consent”) describes the specific provisions that you must consent to in order to receive and sign documents electronically from CNA National Warranty Corporation (“CNA National”). Please read this e-Consent carefully and retain a copy for your records. Your consent does not mean that CNA National is required to provide documents electronically but instead that CNA National may deliver some or all documents electronically.

Provisions. By agreeing to receive and sign documents electronically from CNA National you acknowledge and agree to the following:

• Consent. You consent to electronically receive and sign documents from CNA National.
• Maintain a Valid Email Address. You will provide a valid email address to CNA National for the electronic signing and delivery process. You agree to maintain a valid email address and you agree to notify CNA National, in writing, within seven (7) business days of any change to the email address at: corpadmin@cnanational.com.
• System Requirements. You confirm and acknowledge that you have the following items to receive electronic documents:
• An electronic device with internet connection and an up-to-date internet browser that is compatible with, and supported by, your operating system (e.g., Microsoft Edge, Firefox, Google Chrome, or Safari) that allows you to access the email address provided to CNA National.
• Software that accurately reads and displays .pdf files (such as Adobe Reader).
• The ability to download documents provided electronically by CNA National and, if you wish, a printer to print any documents.
• Request for Paper Copies. You acknowledge you have the right to receive a paper copy of all documents, including this agreement, at no charge. If at any time you should desire a paper copy, or to ink sign a document, you agree to submit a request in writing (along with information sufficient to allow CNA National to locate the documentation requested) to: corpadmin@cnanational.com.
• Withdrawal of Consent. You may withdraw your consent, at any time. Consent may be withdrawn by submitting a request in writing to: corpadmin@cnanational.com. You acknowledge that if you withdraw your consent, you will no longer receive electronic documents from CNA National. Please allow for processing time to complete your withdrawal.

Acceptance. You will be asked to acknowledge your acceptance of these provisions by checking the box on the documentation included in the signup process. In doing so, You acknowledge that you have received, read, and understood, and you hereby consent and agree to, the provisions of this e-Consent. You further confirm that you meet the system requirements described above, demonstrating your ability to receive, retain, and view electronic documents, and that you have an active and valid email address.
