With a well-established service contract in the field, we began developing and launching other products, including limited warranties, GAP, tire and wheel, applied products and other ancillaries. Because CNA National’s Claims Department has such high levels of service, our dealers rarely have to spend time managing claims.
We have more than 120 employees in the Claims Department, most of whom are full-time phone adjusters. The department has over 200 ASE certifications at various levels, including several ASE Master Technicians.
Because we typically hire people with prior experience as technicians and service advisors, the combined experience level of the department’s personnel is more than 2,100 years of retail dealership service.

Our Claims Department operates so efficiently that we consistently pay claims with a turnaround time of two days or less—and we have same-day claims payment by credit card.
We offer two methods for submitting claims – via phone or online through a custom web portal. Dealers can choose one or both, and service advisors can use whichever system is convenient for them at the time.
